Happy New Year to our IH families!!!
I have some news to share with you about our Nationals HQ Hotel. The Holiday Inn has been bought by Hilton Doubletree and they are in the process of switching over to Hilton systems. So that means we have a new link to reserve our rooms and a new code (SOT). The hotel is also an extensive remodeling process as of now and we will have new rooms to be in when we arrive in June. Your guests can also call the 937-426-7800 to book direct with Hilton the three letter code for your group is (SOT).
The front desk team here on property will not be able to add them into the block at this time. We are updating our computer systems to Hilton, however the final update will not be until mid to end of March. You can have individuals call Gina our sales coordinator at 9374314613.
So as you can see the link and it does work as I checked it out. Please remember to get your rooms reserved by May 10th, however, if the rooms fill before this I am not sure if we will be able to add like we have in the past. Dianna was going to inquire to see if that is possible but I am not going to take that chance of saying when the rooms fill we will be able to add. I will keep everyone updated as I hear.

Evening Hotel HQ Event:
We will have the dessert bar again before the Charity Auction so bring your favorite dessert.
The Charity Auction will start about 7:30 pm. Our charities for this year are ASL (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) for those in our IH family we have lost, Alzheimer’s for the Ornas Family and others in our IH family and personal losses, and Breast Cancer for all those who have fought and won, those we have lost and remember for all of the charities. If you have a suggestion or want to change the charities let me know, always open to suggestions.
Bring those handmade IH items, NOS IH items you may have around that you will not use or used parts or just anything you might want to bring that is a fun item, it does not have to be IH related. You never know what someone else is looking for. We had so much fun in the past and Jeff is our Auctioneer again this year.
Nationals will be held at the Navistar Assembly Plant (Springfield, OH) on June13-June 15, 2025
The plant is located at 6125 Urbana Rd Springfield OH 45502
The hotel is about 20-25 minutes away from the plant.
